Together
I'm here. Let's do something now.
Text it your name. That's the whole sign-up.
How it goes
- Text your name. You're on the roster.
- You're available by default. Say
not availableto go quiet. - Put an idea out: anyone down for a coffee at 5? It reaches whoever's around.
- Reply
im downto anything you like the look of. - Whoever asked hears who's coming.
No app. No feed. No profile. Text
FORMAT if you forget how it works.
Messaging terms
Texting this number puts you on a roster and opts you in to messages from other people on it. Message frequency varies with how much your group is up to. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to stop. That removes you from the roster and deletes your phone number.
What's kept
Your phone number is stored for as long as you're on the roster. It has to be — broadcasting means texting people who aren't currently in a conversation, and there's no way to do that from a hash. It's deleted the moment you reply STOP.
Your name is visible to other people on the roster when you put an idea out or say you're in. Nothing else about you is stored, and your number is never shown to anyone.
